The Demeyere Proline frying pans are the ultimate frying pans for the professional and the amateur. Made completely of 4,8mm/0.19″ (3mm/0.12” for 20cm/7.9”) 7-layer material they fry up to the edge (50% larger cooking surface) and a non stick layer is no longer necessary… when the pan is sufficiently hot, just lower the heat by 30 to 50%, the skillet will do the rest. These top products have cast handles of stainless steel.
