Induction cookers develop very intensive heat in a short time. To maintain the ideal baking temperature, Demeyere developed frying pans with Controlinduc®, a unique safety system that limits the maximum temperature of the pan to 250 °C on induction cookers. Controlinduc® thus ensures a pan that always remains hot, without the risk of overheating. The Controlinduc® pan owe their special property to the special magnetic material used in the product’s outer layer. It is a unique alloy that remains magnetic up to 250 °C.  Above this temperature it loses its magnetic properties and thus recommends the induction plate to reduce the energy.
